| 摘 要： | 利用格林函数方法计算了T型介观空腔结构的电子传输特性,分别运用递归格林函数和全格子格林函数技术给出体系的总格林函数,导出T型介现空腔结构的电导方程．计算结果表明：格林函数方法可以非常方便地应用到介观空腔结构电子传输性质的研究中．由于空腔的存在,使原来平台结构的传输系数出现了复杂的传输谱结构．

| Abstract: | A method for the calculation of electron transport in cavum mesoscopic system is introduced,which is obtained by recursive Green's function technique and full grid Green's function method.The transport equation is obtained. The results show that the Green's function method can apply conveniently on the cavum structure.Because of exist of the cavum, there is some regular spectra structure on the original quantum transport pattern structure. |
