节点弯距在矩形钢管桁架中的影响分析

摘    要:钢桁架通常按铰接体系计算,而实际结构中由于构造等原因,经常形成刚性或半刚性节点,杆件端部受到不同程度的约束而产生节点弯距.通过大尺寸的、大跨度带悬挑矩形钢管桁架的模型试验,着重分析了该桁架中的节点弯距.试验结果表明,节点弯距在本桁架中的影响不可忽略,在设计中应加以考虑.还进一步对该结构进行了两种节点构造形式的有限元分析,并通过和试验结果进行对比可知,腹杆和弦杆应分别采用相应的节点构造形式的分析结果进行设计.

Abstract:The steel truss are usually considered as a structure with hinge in connection joints of the web members and the chord members to calculating it's member forces in design.However,the rigid or semi-rigid joints are often formed because of the construction in truss,the ends of the members are restrained which results of the nodal moments.The experiment of the rectangular steel tubular truss with long-span cantileve is carried out to investigate the nodal moments of the members in the truss.The experimental results show that the effect of the nodal moment in the truss can not be ignored,which should be considered in design.The finite element analysises of two models are used to calculate the nodal moments in the truss.Comparing the experimental results with the finite element analysis results,it is known that the corresponding analysis model results should be used to design the chord and the web members.
