| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the limitation and malpractice of traditional library's organizational structure,expounds the factors of promoting the transformation of library's organizational structure,probes into the forms of the new-type organizational structure and their application in the library,and points out that the transformation of library's organizational structure is a complicated system engineering,which must consider various relevant factors and make scientific demonstration. |
