| 摘 要： | 随着Internet的迅速发展，网络中不仅流量剧增，而且流量的性质也发生了变化，尤其是不采用TCP拥塞控制策略的多媒体数据流。这类流量的增加带来了不公平性和新的拥塞崩溃现象。本文提出了在路由器中采取主动的控制手段来解决上述问题，仿真结果表明所提出方法是有效的。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Internet, Internet traffic has not only augmented in volume, but also changed in nature, especially in multimedia flows which do not adopt TCP congestion control policy. The increase of this kind of traffic can result in unfairness and danger of congestion collapse. This paper evinces the above problems by simulation, and applies active control in routers to solve them. |
