| 摘 要： | 法氏囊、脾脏是肉鸽重要的免疫器官.本研究对10日龄乳鸽、45日龄童鸽的法氏囊、脾脏进行形态学观察和常规石蜡切片,苏木素-伊红染色,LEICADM 4000B显微镜观察.结果表明:随着鸽子的日龄增长,法氏囊淋巴小结增大,淋巴细胞数量增多,免疫力加强;脾脏各组织结构趋于完善,细胞排列紧密.

| Abstract: | In order to study the structure of important immune organs of pigeon,the fabricius and spleen,the 10th and 45ty day of pigeon fabricius and spleen are used to make paraffin splices and dyed by H-E staining method in this experiment.The histological and morphological features,and the structure of pigeon fabricius and spleen in the different days are observed and compared by using the LEICA DM 4000B microscope.The result shows that as the pigeon grows older,the fabricius lymph nodules get bigger,and show: more lymphocyte and stronger immune capability,the histological structure of spleen becomes perfect with closer cellular arrangement. |
