摘    要:文章设计了基于Windows操作系统的可视化检测系统,采取数据库连接方式,把所有的检测信息存入数据库中,使查询简单而又高效;由于检测监控模块是整个检测系统软件的核心与基础部分,因而重点介绍了实时检测程序主要设计流程;结果证明,检测系统实现了对钢管的自动化、智能化及可视化检测,在实际生产领域中得到了广泛应用。

Abstract:The principle of two-dimensional magnetic flux leakage detecting is introduced.The hardware structure of the two-dimensional magnetic flux leakage detecting system is described.The visual detecting system is designed based on the Windows operating system.All detection information is stored in databases,and database connection methods are adopted to achieve easy and efficient searching of data.As the module of detecting and controlling is the central and basic part in the system software,the design flow of the real-time detecting program is introduced in detail.Practical applications show that with the presented visual detecting system,automatic,intelligentized and visual checking of pipes can be achieved.
