非达西渗流效应对低渗透气藏直井产能的影响

摘    要:由于低渗透气藏普遍具有低孔、低渗、高含水特征,导致其气体渗流表现出明显的非达西渗流效应,如应力敏感效应、启动压力梯度及滑脱效应.鉴于此,基于Forchheimer二项式渗流方程,引入新的拟压力函数,推导出综合考虑应力敏感效应、启动压力梯度及气体滑脱效应共同影响下的气藏直井产能模型.并以某低渗透气藏为例,研究这些效应对其产能的影响程度.结果表明;应力敏感效应比启动压力梯度、滑脱效应对直井产能的影响强烈得多;应力敏感使气井产量最大可下降49.46%;启动压力梯度使气井产量平均可下降3.09%;气体滑脱效应使气井产量平均可增加2.58%.

Abstract:The obvious non-Darcy seepage effects of gas percolation,such as stress sensitive effect,start-up pressure gradient and slippage effect are due to the low porosity,low permeability and high water cut in low-permeability gas reservoirs.Therefore,based on the Forchheimer binomial flow equation,a new pseudo-pressure function is introduced and a new improved vertical well productivity equation considering the comprehensive influences of stress sensitive effect,start-up pressure gradient and slippage effect is deduced.The above-mentioned effects are studied based on the real data from a low-permeability gas reservoir.The results indicate that the impact of stress sensitive effect on the productivity is much stronger than that of start-up pressure gradient and slippage effect.Specifically,stress sensitivity effect can result in a significant decrease of gas well deliverability with a maximum rate of 49.46%,while start-up pressure gradient can also lead to a decrease of deliverability with 3.09% and slippage effect can increase the deliverability with 2.58% on average.
