摘    要:为了提高刮板输送机满载工况下软启动性能,研究软起动过程最佳的启动时间,建立刮板输送机转矩模型,分析刮板输送机冲击度和液黏离合器滑摩功的影响因素。利用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink联合仿真,研究不同启动时间对刮板输送机链轮动态特性和液黏传动转矩压力特性的影响规律,得到不同启动速度下可控启动装置的动态特性。结果表明,随着刮板输送机软启动时间的增大,传动系统冲击度减小,液黏离合器压力和输出最大转矩减小,滑摩功增加,温度升高。满载工况下软启动时间为5 s时,刮板输送机平稳启动,同时液黏离合器转矩利用率高,软启动性能增强。研究结果为刮板输送机软启动性能优化研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to improve the soft start-up performance of scraper conveyor and study the optimal start-up time of soft start-up process under full load condition, the torque model of scraper conveyor were established, and the influencing factors of impact degree of scraper conveyor and sliding power of hydro-viscous drive were analyzed. Using AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink simulation, the effects of different start-up time on the dynamic characteristics of scraper conveyor sprocket and hydro-viscous drive torque and pressure characteristics were studied, and the dynamic characteristics of controllable starting transmission at different start-up speed were obtained. The results show that with the increase of the soft start-up time of scraper conveyor, the impact degree of transmission system decreases, the pressure and the maximum output torque of the hydro-viscous drive decrease, the sliding power increases, and the temperature increases. When the soft start-up time is 5 s under full load condition, the scraper conveyor starts smoothly. At the same time, the torque utilization ratio of the hydro-viscous drive is high and the soft start-up performance is enhanced. The research results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the soft start-up performance of scraper conveyor.
