半导体激光器与单模光纤的耦合研究

摘    要:对半导体激光器与单模光纤的耦合问题进行了研究。文中对采用自聚焦透镜对及采用薄透镜与自聚焦透镜组合来提高耦合效率的方案进行了理论分析,导出了各自方案中各组件的最佳空间位置,并给出了相应的实验结果。

Abstract:The coupling of semi conductor laser and single mode fiber is studied in this paper.The schemes of using SELFOC Micro Lens pairs and using the combination of SELFOC Micro Lens and thin Lens are analyzed theoretically to achieve a higher coupling efficiency.The optimal spatial positions of various components in corresponding schemes are derived respectively,and experimental results are given to verify the theoretical analysis.
