KIO发动机驱动轴断裂原因分析

摘    要:通过化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法对K10发动机驱动轴断裂原因进行了分析,结果表明20CrMo钢制驱动齿轮轴过早失效断裂是由于热处理过程中该轴心部未淬透和负载增大所至。

Abstract:Possible reasons of driving shaft fracture of K 10 engine were analyzed by means of chemical analysis, met- allographic examination and hardness testing. Results show that the early failure and fracture of 20CrMo steel made driving shaft is caused by incomplete hardening of the axis and increasingly growing load
