| 摘 要： | 美食配美名是中国饮食文化的特色之一.中国菜品命名法主要分为写实和写意两类.本文从中国菜的命名和构词方式入手,初步探讨了直译、音译、意译、直译加注、音译加注、意译加注等六种中国菜名的英译方法,并对中国餐饮文化进行了研究.
