β-CD/1-MCP包结物在不同介质中释放的GC研究

摘    要:用GC法在不同的pH值中进行了释放实验.结果表明:1-MCP的保留时间为7.1 min.在不同的介质中,其释放速率不一样.在苯甲酸、碳酸氢钠和去离子水中,其释放的速率方程式分别为:v=0.010 8t3-4.222t2 557.78t-1 254.8,v=1 692.12t0.54,v=0.000 7t4-0.178 8t3 12.46t2 91.36t 345.48.相对来说,所制备的包结物在弱碱性介质中比在弱酸性和中性介质中易于释放.

Abstract:In order to set up the velocity equation of inclusion complex,the inclusion complex was released in different media,such as benzoic acid,sodium bicarbonate and distilled water.Then the gas was examined by gas chromatogram.The results show that the retain times have the same value,7.1 min.The velocity equation isv=0.010 8t3-4.222t2 557.78t-1 254.8,v=1 692.12t0.54andv=0.000 7t4-0.178 8t3 12.46t2 91.36t 345.48 respectively.
