液滴流速检测与控制系统

Checking and Controlling System of Liquid Dropping Speed

This paper discusses single machine AT89C51 centered supervising system of liquid dropping speed composed of dropping speed checking module by inffrared photoelectric sensor, controlling module of dropping speed, liquid position checking module by electric capacity sensor. It is proved that high precision control of liquid drop can be achieved by checking liquid dropping speed and liquid position in liquid reserve by infrared sensor, measuring by single machine and direct current electrical machinery gearing. The entire structure is designed properly and operates steadily.
