| 摘 要： | 本文采用ＥＤＴＡ淋洗液、电导检测的单柱阴离子色谱法研究了无机阴离子和阳离子的同时分析测定，系统考查了淋洗液酸度和浓度对离子分离状况的影响，在淋洗液浓度为０．５０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ｐＨ＝７．０的条件下，测得离子的检出限、相对标准偏差和工作曲线，应用于林格尔注射液中Ｃｌ－和Ｃａ２＋的测定，结果良好。

| Abstract: | The study on simultaneous determination of inorganic anions and canons by single -column anion chromatography was described. An anion-exchange column was employed for separation with conductivity detection. EDTA was used as eluent. The eluent PH should be controlled in the range of 5.5-7.0. Linear plots of logarithm of the adjusted retention time of the ions vs. the logarithm of the concentration of the eluent were obtained. The detection limits, relative standard deviations and calibratition curve for the ions were obtained at eluent concentration of 0.50mmol/L and pH=7.0.The method was applied for analyzing chloride and calcium in Ringer's injection with satisfactory result. |
