| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种基于灰色ＧＭ模型的，在经济建设规模及布局都是部分已知部分未知（待定）的情况下，确定城市开发区污染物排放量的预测计算方法，以湖南城陵矶经济技术开发区为实例，讨论了方法的具体应用和有关的细节处理，本文介绍的污染物排放量的计算方法比较适用于处于城市边缘区的城市开发区（尤其是经济技术开发区）。

| Abstract: | Based on grey model,a forecasting method for discharged pollutant quantities of urban exploitation region with partly determining construction scale and lay-outis developed. Some related detailed treatment and the steps of the application of themethod were discussed for the Hunan Chenglingji Economic Technology ExploitationRegion. The method is fit for the urban exploitation region(especially for the economictechnology exploitation region) located in the urban edge area. |
