盐酸芦氟沙星的单扫示波极谱法测定

摘    要:在0.04mol.L^-1KH2PO4-0.04mol.L^-1,Na2HPO4(pH7.00)底液中,用单扫示波极谱法可以得到一个灵敏的盐酸芦氟沙星导数还原峰,其峰电位Ep=-1.29V(vs.SCE),导数峰电流与 酸芦氟沙星浓度在0.1-6.0umol.L^-1范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9991),检出限为0.05umol.L^-1,该法应用于模拟尿样和胶囊中盐酸芦氟沙星质量含量的测定,结果令人满意,对盐酸芦氟沙星在汞电极上的电化学行为进行了探讨。

Abstract:In a supporting electrolyte containing KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 at pH7.00, a sensitive derivative reduction peak of Rufloxacin hydrochloride is observed by single-sweep oscillopolarography. The peak potential is -1.29V(vs.SCE). The relationship between the peak current and the concentration of Rufloxacin hydrochloride is linear in the range of 0.1~6.0μmol*L-1(r=0.9991). The detection limit is 0.05μmol*L-1. The method is applied to the determination of Rufloxacin hydrochloride in the sample of capsule and urine with satisfactory results. The electrochemical behavior of Rufloxacin hydrochloride at Hg electrode is also explored.
