| 摘 要： | 对经济因素在美苏建交和美中建交中的作用进行了比较研究，指出：正是20世纪30年代和70年代的危机以及资本主义主要国家之间的激烈竞争，迫使美国与苏联和中国建交，以便为美国资本获取广阔的市场，而苏联和中国为了获得美国先进的技术、资金和设备建设社会主义，也愿意实现苏美、中美关系正常化。

| Abstract: | The article makes a comparative study of the economic function in the establishment of foreign relationships between US-USSR and Sino-US It points out that it was the economic crisises in 1930s and 1970s and the severe competition among the main capitalistic states that forced America to establish foreign relations with USSR in 1933 and China in 1979 to gain more market for its goods ,while USSR and China were willing to normalize the foreign relations with US to attain the advanced technology and equipment,to receive capital from US to construct its socialistic countries |
