| 摘 要： | 以对比的方法对中锋抢位技术与中锋的身体形态、素质、攻防技术以及心理因素等多层次分析其相互关系，认为移动抢位是中锋最基本最重要的技术环节．同时，合理的身体接触，取决于移动抢位技术的熟练程度．中锋只有具备了良好的身体形态、超常的身体素质、准确的判断能力、善于运用强攻和巧打、把握和控制赛场上的时机，才能赢得比赛的主动权．
