| 摘 要： | 标点符号是书面语里用来表示停顿,语调及语词的性质和作用的符号,是书面语的有机组成部分。 1951年9月,出版总署公布了标点符号的用法,并且由中央人民政府政务院规定在全国统一使用.1990年3月国家语言文字工作委员会中华人民共和国新闻出版署又作了修订发布.
