27周龄Wistar大鼠饮用酸化水生物学特性的观察Ⅰ.血液学指标的测定

目的建立27周龄Wistar大鼠生物学特性数据资料库,同时判断实验动物饮用酸化水后对实验结果是否有影响。方法随机选取0日龄的Wistar大鼠48只(♀♂各半),饲养在SPF级饲养设施内,饮用高压灭菌酸化水(pH值调节在2.0～3.0)27 w后处死,测定血液生理、生化指标。结果从血液生理指标看出,雄性实验组与对照组比较,除MCHC差异显著外(P0.05),其他指标不存在差异性;雌性实验组与对照组比较,除THC差异显著外(P0.05),其他指标不存在差异性。从血液生化指标得出,雄性实验组与对照组比较,除TP差异显著(P0.05),其他指标不存在差异性;雌性实验组与对照组比较,除ALT、TG差异显著外(P0.05),其他指标不存在差异性。结论从结果中可以得出实验动物在饮用酸化水(PH=2.0～3.0)后对大多数血液学指标实验结果没有明显影响,至于个别指标的差异性是否由酸化水引起,需要进一步论证。

Observation of Long-term Drinking Autoclaved Water Treated with Acid on Biological Characteristics in 27-week-old Wistar Rat I.Determination of Blood Indexes

Objective Aim to establish a data bank of the biological characteristics of 27-week-old Wistar rat and investgate the effects of long-term drinking autoclaved water treated with acid on the experimental results in rat.Methods 48 0-day-old Wistar rats（♀ ♂ half and half） which were kept in the SPF level rearing facilities,were randomly selected and given the drinking autoclaved water treated with acid（pH value adjusted at 2.0 ～ 3.0）.Through 27-week trial,they were bled and blood physiological and biochemical valus were determined.Results The blood physiological indexs indicated that there were significant difference only on MCHC in male（P 0.05） and THC in female（P 0.05） between the experimental group and control group.The blood biochemical indexes indicated that there were significant difference just on TP in male（P 0.05） and ALT TG in female（P 0.05） between the experimental and the control.Conclusion The long-term of drinking autoclaved water treated with acid had no obvious effects on blood physiological and biochemical indexes in rat.Whether the individual indicators of the differences which was caused by the water required further to argue.
