摘    要:研究了不同处理工艺制备的壳聚糖膜对细菌、酵母、霉菌的抗菌效果,抗菌检测表明壳聚糖膜对革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌、酵母和霉菌等典型菌种的抑制效果是明显的,尤其是壳聚糖酸处理膜对革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌的抗菌效果最好,没有经过碱处理的壳聚糖膜的抗菌性能明显优于经过碱处理的壳聚糖膜。

Abstract:The antimicrobial capabilities of chitosan films made by different techniques to bacteria, yeast and fungi were studied. The antimicrobial tests indicate that the antimicrobial capabilities of chitosan films to typical microorganism such as G~+ and G~- bacteria, yeast and fungi are obvious; especially the chitosan films treated by acid have strong antimicrobial capabilities.The bactericidal capabilities of chitosan films without treatment by alkali are superior to those treated by alkali.
