绿色发展的一种综合评估方法及应用

绿色发展和转型已成为世界性的潮流和趋势,其核心和关键在于提高生态效率或资源环境绩效。促进绿色发展是一个极其复杂的过程,需要发展相应的指标或指标体系来对其进行监测、评估和引导。本文在对国内外已有绿色发展指标或指标体系进行评述的基础上,采用一种绿色发展综合评估方法——资源环境绩效指数法,对包括中国在内的世界主要国家的绿色发展水平开展了综合评估以及横、纵向对比分析,以揭示了各国绿色发展水平在世界上的地位及其动态变化趋势。

A Comprehensive Evaluation Methodology and Its Application for Green Development

Green development has become a worldwilde trend,whose core and key is to improve co-efficiency or resource and environemtal performance.However,to push green development is a very complicated process and the corresponding indicators to monitor and evaluate the process are needed.Based on the review of current indicators related to green development,this paper has used a comprehensive methodology for green development and evaluated the green development level for main countries in the world including China to reflect their situations in the world and variation tendencies.
