摘    要:随着城镇化的推进和小康社会的建成,建筑能耗(超过总能耗的1/3)增长潜势强劲,为此从顶层设计推行绿色建筑标准体系,评价项目基数小增速快但比例极低(不到新增建筑面积的2%),为充分释放其作为本行业实现"十二五"节能减排的核心载体功能,绿色建筑会展有利于提升社会不同群体对国家建筑行业节能减排政策的宣贯、绿色建筑概念的认知、新型绿色技术的了解和把握、企业界高频次全产业链商务合作接触的实现等,本研究对我国绿色建筑会展发展现状的进行了初步调研,旨在提升我国绿色建筑会展业的持续健康发展水平,推进绿色建筑和绿色建材产业链的全面有机联系,促进我国建筑行业分步骤实现绿色建筑标准。

Abstract:Along with the development of urbanization and the well-off society building,building energy consumption(more than 1/3 of the total energy consumption) growth potential is strong,the implementation of green building standards system top design,evaluation of project base of small fast growth but the proportion is very low(less than new construction area of 2%),in order to fully release it as the industry to achieve the core carrier function energy-saving emission reduction during the National Tenth Five-year Plan,green building exhibition is conducive to the improvement of different social groups of the national construction industry energy-saving emission reduction policies,the implementation of green building concept of cognitive,understand and grasp the new green technologies,business circles high the whole industry chain business contact implementation,the research on the development of green building exhibition in China has been comprehensively investigated.
