| 摘 要： | 针对硫酸法分解酚盐装置存在粗酚产率较低、硫酸耗量高、硫酸钠废水难以处理等问题,提出了利用甲醇驰放气制氢尾气中CO2分解酚盐改进措施,既节约硫酸消耗,又减少废水排放,具有可观的经济效益和环保效益.

| Abstract: | The Sulfuric acid method for decomposing phenate exist many difficulties,such as low yield, high consumption of sulfuric acid,unmanageable sodium sulfate wastewater. In this article, the improvement measures are proposed. Utilize CO2 from Methanol purge gas decomposing phenate then for producing the crude pheno,both saving the consumption of sulfuric acid and reducing the Emissions of wastewater.It could bring considerable economic benefits and environmental benefits. |
