大理地区薯蓣野生和栽培品中皂素的含量研究

摘    要:目的:研究云南大理地区薯蓣野生和栽培品的含量,为薯蓣的引种栽培提供理论依据。方法:采用分析光度法进行测定。结果:野生品种的皂素含量略高于栽培品种,春季采挖的药材皂素含量略高于秋季采挖的药材。结论:薯蓣野生和栽培品中皂素含量无明显差异,人工栽培完全可行。

Abstract:Objective: Study on quality of wild dioscorea and cultural dioscorea in Yunnan Dali Area, to afford theory data for dioscorea introduce and culture. Methods: Detection by UV spectrophotometry Results:Disogenin quantity of wild dioscorea is a little more than cultural dioscorea's. Disogenin quantity of dioscorea dug in spring is a little higher than it dug in autumn. Conclusions: No significant differences in Disogenin quantity between wild dioscorea and cultural dioscorea. So, cultural dioscorea can be instead of wild dioscorea.
