基于ARM9嵌入式平台的激光器波长测量技术

摘    要:从理论和实践上详细探讨了基于旋光效应原理的快速测量激光波长的技术,其中利用了渥拉斯顿棱镜作为检偏器的双光路探测方法有效避免了因为光源波动造成的误差,提高了测量的精度。测量系统的硬件平台选择了运算速度快,扩展功能强大的以S3C2440为基础的ARM9嵌入式平台,而软件方面采用的是嵌入式Linux操作系统。最后的测量系统的数据结果表明无论是硬件的选择还是软件的应用都达到了预期的效果,提高了波长测量精度,且验证了本文的波长测量技术的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:In this paper, the fast distinguishing technology of optical maser wavelength is researched in theoretically and practically in detail using principle of optical rotation effect. Using Wollaston prism as polarization analyzer efficiency, two light path detecting method avoids errors which induced by fluctuate of source. This method can improve the measurement precision. The hardware platform chooses the ARM9 embedded platform based on the S3C2440 with fast operation and strong extended function. The software platform uses the embedded Linux OS. The measurement data show that hardware platform and software platform reaches the expectation effect and improves the precision, and verifies the validity and the practicality.
