| 摘 要： | 城市土地利用方式以及土地利用强度的变化影响着城市交通网络系统的布局和交通运力的调配。从土地利用方式，土地有偿使用制度以及郊区化的角度探讨城市交通所受的影响。对近年来芜湖市主要土地开发情况进行了实地调查，在此基础上提出芜湖城市交通可持续发展的对策。

| Abstract: | The layout of the network of city transport and the despatch of transport capacity have been affected by the fashion and the change of intension about utility of city land.This article analyses the influences on city transport from the utility fashion,the rule of utility of land with payment and suburbanization.The author surveyes the situation of major land development and proposes the method of consistent development of city transport in Wuhu. |
