黑斑蛙小肠内5-羟色胺免疫活性内分泌细胞的分布与形态学观察

摘    要:本文用免疫组织化学ABC(avidin-biotin-pemxidase complex)法,对黑斑蛙(Pelophylax nigromaculata)小肠内含有的5-HT内分泌细胞进行了免疫组织化学的定位研究和形态学观察.结果表明:十二指肠5-HT的分布密度最大;空肠次之,回肠最低,5-HT免疫活性内分泌细胞形态各异,主要有雄体形,梭形和椭圆形,分布于上皮细胞之间或基部.锥体形的细胞常有一个长突起伸入到固有膜或肠腔,行使内或外分泌功能;梭形的细胞有两个细长突起,一个细长突起指向固有膜,另一个细长突起指向肠腔,表明这种细胞可能具有内、外分泌双重功能.同时对其分布型的原因、形态和功能相适应的特点进行了讨论。

Abstract:The presence investigation and morphology observation of 5-HT endocrine cells had been carried out by the method of the ABC immunhistochemical technique in the intestines of Pelophylax nigromaculata. The results indicate that the distributive density of 5-HT cells was maximum in the duodenum, lower in jejum, and minimum in ileum. 5-HT endocrine cells were diverse in shape, which were mainly tapering, shuttle and ellipse, and dispersed between epithelial cells or the bottom of epithelial. Tapering cells often had one long process which extended lamina propria or gut lumen, and had endocrine or exocrine function; shuttle cells had two processes, one process extended lamina propria and the other process extended gut lumen, and they had endocrine and exocrine functions. At the same time, the forming reason of distributive mode of 5-HT cells and the shape of cells, the performance of function were discussed.
