| 摘 要： | 对新疆地产西伯利亚乌头（Aconitum barbatum var．hispidom DC．）根进行性状，组织及薄层层析鉴别，实验结果表明西伯利亚乌头与川乌、草鸟有明显的差异；总生物碱含量明显高于川乌、草乌，且主含新乌头碱。

| Abstract: | After investigated the character, tissue and TLC of root of Aconitum barbatum vat. hispidom DC.in Xinjang,It founded that Aconitum barbatum vat. hispidom DC. has evidently difference from monkshood mot and Aconitum kusnezoffii., and the content of total alkaloid is higher than monkshood root and Aconitum kusnezoffii .The mesaconine is the mainly alkaloid. |
