| 摘 要： | 本工作利用心得安注入家兔体内造成慢心率的动物模型,电针刺激双侧“内关”穴位。结果表明,一定参数的针刺作用可有助于心率的恢复,在电针作用下,慢心率加速趋于正常。这种作用对临床应用针刺的调整机能提供了一组实验依据。

| Abstract: | This experimental research was set up a rabbit model which gave, domestic rabbit an inject of Pinolol. Then the rabbit model was goven galvano-acupuncture in acupiont of two P6 (nei-guan). The result of experiment showed that heart rate of the rabbit model was able to be returned to normal with stimulation of acupuncture, and upon the stimulation of galvanoacupuncture, the condition of bradycardia of rabbit model was able to be become normal. It was offered a experimental evidence to apply the function of adjustment for clinical treatment of some diseases. |
