浅结硅光伏电池光响应特性实验研究

摘    要:实验研究了电子束辐照诱导半导体掺杂技术制作的浅结硅光伏电池光响应特性。给出其相对光谱响应和激光感生光电压值。结果表明该器件具有较好的光响应特性。

Abstract:The optical response in a shallow junction silicon photronics, which made by the semiconductor doping technique with the electron beam radiation, are investigated experimentally. The relative response spectra and laser-induced photovoltatic effect are given. The results show that this is a device of good quality for the optical response.
