激光诱导红外辐射线检测技术的理论与应用研究

摘    要:利用黑体辐射理论和光声光热理论研究了:(1)激光诱导红外辐射线频谱信号的理论模型和数值模拟以及与实测信号的验证性比对;(2)红外辐射线频谱信号依层状样品夹层的不同位置及光学性质的演化规律,将其结果用于材料夹层或缺陷的定位;(3)利用红外辐射线频谱信号实现不均匀材料光学参数分布重构.结果表明:所建模型能够可靠地模拟红外频谱信号,并利用模拟信号训练神经网络有效地实施参数预测.

Abstract:Laser-induced infrared radiometry is studied using the black-body radiation theory, opto-aeoustic theory and photo-thermal theory in respects as follows: (1) The theoretical model of IRS is founded and the data of numerical simula-tion is compared with experimental data. (2) The variation of infrared radiate spectrum (IRS) with different position and optical property of the interlayer in layered sample are studied, and the results can be used to determine the position of in-terlayer and detect of the material. (3) The depth profiling reconstruction of optical parameters of nonuniform materials is realized using the IRS. The results show that the model can stably simulate the IRS and the simulated signal can be used to train neural network (NN) which could predict the profile of samples efficiently.
