工作过程导向的食品理化检验实验教学改革与实践

摘    要:通过对食品理化检验实验课教学内容的优化、教学方式的改进及考核方式的完善,构建工作过程导向的食品理化检验实验教学体系,即在教学过程中以检测项目为载体,模拟实际工作情境,使学生在独立完成整个检测任务的同时,提高实验技能,培养学生综合职业能力,同时探讨工作过程导向的课程教学实施及评价体系.

Teaching reform and practices of food physical and chemical examination experiment guided by work process

Abstract:Through optimizing the teaching contents,improving the teaching methods and completing the evaluation methods on food physical and chemical examination experiment course,the teaching system guided by work process was established,in which the test items as a carrier in the teaching process,simulated the actual work situations,and it enabled students to complete the task alone,also improved experimental skills,trained the comprehensive abilities.It also discussed the teaching practices and evaluation system at the same time in this paper.
