工程风险及其防范

摘    要:风险是一种客观存在的、可测的、关于未来的不确定性事件。要正确认识工程风险的原因和结果、必然性和偶然性、普遍性和特殊性,以及工程风险有害和有利的两重性。防范工程风险,首先要构建安全文化,其次要从细节入手,更要重视工程质量,这几个方面都是防范工程风险,保证工程安全的重要条件。

Abstract:Risks are usually considered as objective,measurable,uncertain events about future.For the sake of safe construction,We should properly understand the causes and effects,necessity and contingency,universality and particularity of engineering risk,as well its merits and demerit;.To prevent engineering risks,firstly,we should construct a kind of security culture,secondly,we should start with the details,improtantly,pay more attention to project quality.These aspects mentioned above are inprotant elements,which can guard against the engineering risk and guarantee engineering security.
