| Abstract: | A problem in number theory which is called Euler function's nontotients is studied,the necessary and sufficient conditions for n=4p1α1p2α2...psαs(4‖n) to be a nontotient,where the primes pi(1≤i≤s) satisfy p1＜p2＜…＜ps are obtained. |
