循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统的自抗扰控制

摘    要:针对循环流化床锅炉(CFBB)燃烧系统的强耦合和大延迟问题,采用相对增益的方法分析几种工况下的耦合性,并采用了主蒸汽压力送风量通道解耦策略。自抗扰控制器(ADRC)经过改进被应用在该燃烧系统,并将仿真结果与神经网络以及PID控制方法的结果进行了比较。仿真结果表明:ADRC在解藕、调节时间上均优于神经网络以及传统PID方法;在各种工况以及增加外扰情况下,该控制方案具有很好的适应性和鲁棒性,较好地解决了该系统强耦合、大延迟的控制难点。

Abstract:The circulating fluidized bed boiler CFBB combustion system is a long time-delay, coupled multivariable system with variable parameters. The related gain matrix method was used to analyze the system coupling at various operating points. A control method, auto disturbance rejection control ADRC, was developed to facilitate vapor pressure-flow rate channel decoupling. Simulation results illustrate that the control system provides excellent decoupling and short time response compared with neural networks and traditional PID controllers, with good performance at various operating points when subjected to exterior disturbances. For long time-delay, multivariable systems, ADRC is more adaptive and robust in rejecting disturbances.
