摘    要:以钝顶螺旋藻为实验材料,以无毒加富的1/10浓度的氮肥厂废水为基本培养液,并加入 4.2g/LNaHCO3和0.25g/KHCO3两种营养盐,结果螺旋藻生长良好,此加入量仅为Zarrouk培养其中NaHCO3量的1/4和K2HPO4量的1/2。

Abstract:Spirulina platensis was cultured in 10% waste water of Guangxhou Nitrogen Fertilizer Factory as a basic medium,enriched 4.2g/L NaHCO 3(1/4 amount of Zarrouk medium) and 0.25g/L K 2HPO 4(1/2 amount of Zarrouk medium).Afrer 14 days,the final biomass was 5.3 g/ml.In Zarrouk medium the final biomass was 5.6 g/ml. Two outputs from different media were close to each other,but the cost of the tormer was much lower than that of the later.
