用大孔吸附树脂提取皮质醇

摘    要:通过对NK-107等8种大孔吸附树脂的筛选,发现NK-107树脂对皮质醇及其类似物有较高的吸附量和洗脱率,NK-107树脂重复使用5次的平均总吸附量及皮质醇的吸附量分别为50.8mg/ml和27.7mg/ml;平均总洗脱率及皮质醇洗脱率分别为83.0%和85.1%.

Abstract:Of the 8 varies of selected macroporous resins, NK-107 was found to be most effective to absorb hydrocortisone and its allalogues and to be eluted most easily. The average absorpton capacity(mg/ ml resin) of NK-107resin was 50.8 after 5 continual absorptions for total absorted substances as companied to 17.7 for hydrocortisine as a part of absorbed substances. The same companison with reference to elution gave an averge of 83.0% for total absorbed substances and 85.1% for hydrocortisone in particular.
