摘    要:从研制实验用无机陶瓷膜反应器的实际出发,开发了无机膜管与非孔陶瓷管粘接、釉料涂层制备膜管件的新方法.不仅可以彻底解决反应气体偏流和难以将催化剂准确担载在反应区膜管部分等问题,还增加了膜管件的强度,降低了制造成本.筛选了200、100、50、及20nm四种孔径的氧化铝、氧化锆膜,两种粘合剂和四种釉料.找出了适宜的工艺条件.从而制备了热稳定性好、机械强度高、化学反应惰性的无机膜反应器管件.将该反应器用于甲烷氧化偶联反应,在高温下累计操作40h以上,成功地测定了其动力学数据

Abstract:A preparation process of reactor tubes by adhesive welding a porous mem-brane tube with non porous ceramic tubes and coating with glaze was developed for preparing an experimental inorganic ceramic catalytic reactor. Not only the difficulties, such as no flow across the membrane in non-reaction zone, and doping the catalyst exactly on the reaction zone, could be thoroughly solved, but also the cost of the membrane reactor could be reduced and the mechanical strength of the tubes would be improved by this method. Alumina and zirconia membrane tubes with the pore size of 200, 100, 50 and 20nm, two kinds of adhesives and four sorts of glaze materials were tested; The optimal technological conditions for preparing the membrane reactor tube were determined, by which the inorgranic membrane tubes with relatively high thermal stability, mechanical strength and inertia for reactions were prepared. The kinetic data for oxidative coupling of methane using the inorganic ceramic membrane reactor were successfully measured at high temperatures for more than 40 hours.
