用Sol—Gel技术制备ν—Al2O3中孔膜

摘    要:以异丙醇铝为原料,用Sol-Gel技术在多孔陶瓷管上制备ν—Al2O3中孔膜。考察了pH值对胶体粘度、胶粒大小和溶胶流动特性的影响,还用SEM和静态N2吸附等手段对膜的结构、形貌与孔径大小分布进行了表征。实验表明,制备出的中孔膜稳定性好、无针孔、无缺陷且孔径分布均匀。

Abstract:Mesoporous V - alumina membranes formed on porous eerarnic tubes are prepared by Sol-Gel process and with Al(OPri)3 as raw material. The effect of pH value on viscosity, colloid particle size and flow characteristics are investigated, and the performance of membranes obtained was characterized by SEM and nitrogen adsorption - desorption . Experimental results show that the prepared membranes are stable, crack - free, pinhole-free and well - distributed in pore size
