血红素提取品的光谱分析及电化学活性研究

摘    要:研究了以猪血为原料提取的血红素产品和氯化血红素(SIGMA公司)的光谱特性和水溶液中玻碳电极上的伏安特性.通过红外吸收光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱对提取品的化学结构进行了确证.同时采用紫外可见吸收光谱和伏安法测定了提取品的纯度,但是二者的结果有一定的差异,进一步采用原子吸收光谱测定了提取品的铁含量.当提取品的铁含量为理论值的70%~97%时,获得了与伏安法测定的纯度基本一致的结果,而光谱分析结果未能完全显示出提取品中铁含量的多少.由此说明,血红素的含铁量及其电化学活性的研究应是全面评价血红素产品的重要指标之一.

Abstract:Two samples of heme of different sources were used.One was purchased from SIGMA corporation,the other was extracted from pig blood.Both samples were studied by infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,atomic absorption spectroscopy and electrochemistry.The extracted substance was analyzed in structure,purity,iron content and electrochemical activity.The determination of iron content in samples gives some direct evidences to the change of electrochemistry activity of heme.The results indicate that the iron content and the electrochemical activity of heme are two of the most important quality indexes of products of heme.
