过控专业实验教学内容的构建与探索

摘    要:针对西南科技大学制造科学与工程学院过程装备与控制工程专业实验课程教学内容的实践和探索,制订了较完善的过程装备与控制工程专业实验教学内容,学生对此实验课的内容反映良好.通过实验和大型实训,培养了学生初步的科研和创新能力,强化了过程教学以及过程自动控制基础和过程主要参数检测方法的掌握,突出了本专业的特色,即粉体机械为主线,加强粉体和流体机械设计和过程工业控制的创新培养.

Abstract:The experimental equipment and exploratory experiments were increased. The experimental teaching management and experi- mental techniques were comprehensive updated. The construction of open laboratory was further strengthened. Consequently, the inte- gration lab of process equipment and control engineering can satify the training goal of process equipment and control engineering. The major characteristics were emphasized, viz. the powder technology was leading, at the same time cultivate of the powder and fluid mechanical design and the process industry control was strengthened based on mechanical platform courses.
