| Abstract: | A device of measuring reflection volume grating diffraction efficiency has been designed and set up by using monochromator, which has the advantages of simpleness and accuracy, automatically deducted from the base and strong ability of anti-interference, better solves the measurement of reflection grating diffraction efficiency. |
