摘    要:快递企业的超网络系统中包含有物理层和管理层等不同层次的网络,物理层网络由航空和公路配送网点和配送线路组成,管理层网络根据管理的维度不同,可以分为组织管理维度子网和业务管理维度子网,它们分别以总成本最低和总配送效率最高为经营目标,因此,快递超网络系统具有多层、多维和多标准特征.分析了超网络的组织管理维度基于成本的优化方法和业务管理维度基于效率的优化方法,以此为基础,提出了一种基于时间阈值的多标准快递超网络优化方法,并通过实例进行了验证,结果表明,配送线路、成本和配送方式与时间阈值相关.

Abstract:Supernetwork system of express enterprise consisted of physical layer network and management layer network, the physical layer network located in the bottom of the supernetwork system which composed of highway and air delivery centers and routes, the management layer network was composed of organization management dimension subnetwork and business management dimension subnetwork, cost minimization and efficiency maximization were objectives of them, so, the supernetwork system was of characteristics of multilayer, multidimension and multicriteria. On the basis of the cost optimization-based method and the time optimization-based method of express supernetwork raised in organization management dimension and business management dimension respectively, an optimization method of multicriteria express supernetwork based on time threshold was proposed, the method was also illustrated by an application case, results showed that the delivery routes, means and cost was related to time threshold.
