摘    要:文章介绍了NSTX装置OH线圈的工程设计和制造过程.线圈采用双线并绕的方式,4层线圈8个子绕组在电气上构成一条串联支路,冷却通路8条并行,其特点是具有短的冷却路径和好的冷却效果.线圈的真空压力浸渍工艺采取一种新的技术,处理后的线圈有同样的机械强度和绝缘性能.文中同时给出了线圈温度和冷却水流的计算结果.

Abstract:This paper deals with the engineering design and fabrication of the OH coil for NSTX.The coil is wound with double-wire winding and the 8 sub-windings of four layers are electrically connectedin series.The sub-windings are water cooled in parallel by 8 individual cooling paths.The coil with double-wire winding has the characteristics of short cooling paths and good cooling result.A new processing technology is adopted for vacuum pressure impregnation of the OH coil.The coil after vacuum pressure impregnation has the same electrical and mechanical properties.The coil temperature and calculation of the velocity of cooling water flow are also given in the paper.
