| 摘 要： | 针对废弃木质材料中金属连接件检测问题,利用电磁感应原理设计了废弃木质材料中金属连接件的高精度检测传感器.该传感器包括多谐振荡电路.检测线圈、霍尔原件、差分放大电路和峰值检波电路.利用STC89C52单片机为核心设计了一个具有8路检测功能的废弃木质材料金属连接件检测系统,该系统还具有显示报警和通过标准RS232接口与PC机通信功能.通过对废弃木质材料中4种不同型号的铁钉进行检测实验,规格为0.8 mm×11 mm的铁钉检测距离为0.5 cm;规格为3.5 mm×25 mm的铁钉检测距离为2 cm.实验结果表明:所设计的高精度检测传感器可以检测直径大于0.8 mm的金属连接件,系统除了检测废弃木质材料中有无金属连接件外还可以通过高精度检测传感器的位置初步确定金属连接件的位置,为废弃木质材料的重新回收利用奠定了基础.
