轴向冲击载荷下薄壁方管的动力屈曲分析

摘    要:为探索轴向冲击载荷作用下薄壁方管的动力屈曲特性,采用屈曲分析的有限元基本理论,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对轴向冲击载荷下薄壁方管进行动力屈曲分析。ANSYS/LS-DYNA的薄壁方管动力屈曲有限元分析分为前处理、求解和后处理。前处理设置包括单元属性、构建模型、划分网格、定义接触、初始条件、载荷及约束、求解时间和输出文件等。用LS- DYNA修改前处理输出文件,进行递交运算。再用LS-REPOST刷新速度、查看结果、动画模拟过程。结果表明:利用ANSYS/LS- DYNA对轴向冲击载荷作用下薄壁方管的动力屈曲特性进行分析可以代替真实实验,节省成本。该成果对屈曲理论的研究有很重要的意义

Abstract:In order to study after the dynamical buckling speciality of thin squareness pipe under axial impact load,fundamental theory of analytical finite element method of buckling is used.ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software is used to analyse the dynamical buckling speciality of thin squareness pipe under axial impact load.Finite element analysis of the thin squareness pipe dynamical buckling by ANSYS/LS-DYNA consists of pre-processing,solution and post-processing.The pre-processing includes setting element attributes,building model,meshing,defining contact and initial conditions,loadings and constraints,specifying solution time and outputting the executing file were made in the pre-processing period.The executing file was modified and calculated with LS-DYNA.And the velocity was refurbished,the results and process simulation of movie were looked over with LS-PREPOST.The results show use of ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software to analyse the dynamical buckling speciality of thin squareness pipe under axial impact load can replace actual experiments and save cost.The achievement has very important significance to buckling theory research
