| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化进程中盲目追求规模上的达标实不足取.高等教育入学数占适龄人口的比例这一数量化的指标并不是衡量高等教育是否步入大众化阶段的唯一指标.我们应该更多地关注由英才教育走向大众教育过程中高等教育在质的方面发生的变化.

| Abstract: | It is untakable to seek for the scale-qualification blindly in the process of popularized higher education. The quantized index of proportional freshmen of university age is not the only index to measure whether the higher education is popularized or not. We should pay more attention to the quality change of higher education in the process of talented people education to popularized education. |
