| 摘 要： | 面对竞争日益激烈的市场，企业如何把握自己在投标报价及合同签约中的行为，以便在项目的最开始就做好盈利的铺垫和准备，对企业和项目而言都是至关重要的，文章通过分析投标决策的影响因素，提出了投标策略和适用条件，总结了常用的几种报价技巧。

Through analysis on factors influencing the tender deci-sion- making, this paper provides bidding strategy and application conditions, summarizes several common quotation skills. |
