氯苯水解制苯酚的AlPO_4-5分子筛负载磷酸镧铜催化剂的研究

摘    要:以AlPO_4-5分子筛为载体,采用均匀沉淀法制得了AlPO_4-5负载磷酸镧铜催化剂,探讨了制备条件对催化活性的影响,并测试了该催化剂对氟苯水解制苯酚反应的催化活性。实验结果表明:相对于非分子筛负载型磷酸镧铜/磷酸钙催化剂,该催化剂不仅催化活性高、选择性好,而且应用的空速增大了65%,该催化剂还具有热稳定性好、机械强度高、活性衰退缓慢等优良特性。

Abstract:In this study the AlPO_4-5 molecular sieve was used as the carrier of the catalyst and the homogeneous precipitation method was adopted to prepare supported Cu-LaPO_4/AlPO_4-5 catalyst. The effect of preparation conditions on catalytic activity of the catalyst was investigated. The catalytic activity of the CuLaPO_4/AlPO_4-5 in catalizing chlorobenzene hydrolysis to produce phenol was measured. The experiement results show that the activity and selectivity of the molecular sieve catalyst are much higher than those of the supported Cu-LaPO_4/Ca_2(PO_4)_3 non-molecular sieve catalyst and the WHSV increased by 65%. Moreover, Cu-LaPO_4/AlPO_4-5 catalyst still have more excellent properties such as great thermal stability, high mechanical intensity and slow decline of activity etc.
